No information about delivery and return

When I phone was delivered to the store I received no information on when it had arrived had to call the store to find out. I wasn’t able to collect it and so a call centre agent returned my phone so I could get it redelivered and since I have not received any information about it not even a confirmation email.

@Brodieb1  You’ll probably find out because you didn’t collect from the store as you had arranged a store delivery the device has been returned back to EE and your order has been cancelled as you failed to collect the device from the store,  EE do not have a change of pickup because you failed to collect the device from the store as you requested a store delivery.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I was allowed to collect it from the store after being told that I would be able to by a call centre agent - then I asked them for a solution and they said that they would refund/cancel my plan so that I could redo it when it has been returned, however since then I have not had any contact proving that it had been refunded and the app still shows that it hasn’t so I don’t really know what to do.

@Brodieb1  when was this ?  A return device has to be processed and this will take up to 7 days.
