Hi
I placed an order last night and the upfront payment is showing as bring taken rather than pending..I got an email with an order number stating its being processed but the actual email header says please call us to discuss...then in the email are all the details, a code to get money off a case, that I will get a text etc with delivery details.. I'm just confused as to whether I've been accepted because if what the header says..and it doesn't say who or what number to call as the email isn't about that...
The online order tracker just says they can't track that number at this time

If the order says please call us, I would suggest you do so, otherwise your order may not be processed.

Hi there. Sorry to bother you Ive been trawling through posts about an email I had from EE saying I needed to call to discuss my order. I suffer with anxiety so I'm struggling to call as I don't know what they are going to say.
May I ask what it was they needed you to call about? Did you actually pass the credit check even though you had that email? Thanks
