I placed my order online Friday night, and spent 40minutes on phone Saturday morning to confirm it. Whilst on the phone with Adam from Hull he confirmed that my order had a confirmed delivery date for Monday 28th. Waited all day and no phone iPhone 13mini, waited all day today and still no iPhone 13mini. Where’s it at EE???

I was wondering if someone knew what this means, I had an email to call and discuss my recent purchase having done that they said everything was fine and that my order should be with me tomorrow however we are tomorrow and there’s no sign but there has been no further email or text message or anything and when I try and track my order it says error.

I have the same issue for another phone but status shows cancelled which was confirmed actually.

I’ve since called EE who gave me the DPD tracking No, order has been delayed due to issues in the area and new ETA is 30th. Best thing is my street has had 7+ DPD deliveries so far this week.
I’m on day 3 of DPD house arrest, someone send food and supplies!!!
knowing my luck I’ll leave the house and DPD will turn up.

Hi do you mind me asking what was said on the call and why you had to call to discuss? I've just tried placing an order and had the same email? But I suffer with anxiety so was wondering what was said on the call in terms of why they needed you to call?
