My upgrade was availeable for months and my current contract (SIM ONLY) ended in July last year.
I wanted to upgrade through the app and being sent to the ee website. After pressing upgrade and nothing happens...
But if I press shop with us I can search through the phones etc...
Any advice..?

Ive tried chrome and Firefox. Both are same. Its as if the "upgrade" button on your website doesn't work.
Also if I understand this correctly by simply showing new phone I will just purchase additional phone+plan so I will have my existing one SIM ONLY + whatever I choose but I wanted to swap the current sim only plan to the new option with Samsung galaxy s22 and also wanted to get the bonus which is Samsung chromebook4 so its just all a bit confusing.. not sure

If you get an additional line this would run alongside your current plan.
I'd recommend calling our Upgrades Team so they can help you with this.
