Hello, I asked an advisor to add a ps5 to my monthly bill and the conversation went well and ended with them saying wait 24-48 hours to receve an email with my tracking info, and i also receved a text saying thanks for buying your teck, you will pay £35 for 11 months etc. But its been over 48 hours now and still nothing, so I'm a little worried. I also emailed channel.returns@ee.co.uk but I haven't heard back yet, so I thought I'd try this. Thanks.

@Glitchwitch Your not returning an item so that email you sent will probably not get a response. You don’t always get a tracking number with add to plan items. I’ve never had one yet with a four items that I’ve purchased.

Yeah I thought it was weird that I was told to contact Channel returns. How long did it take for them to arrive on average?
