I placed an order for a contract of an iPhone 14 on the 11th November 2024, the credit check and everything went through but I still haven’t received an email or text confirmation or anything and I’ve checked my junk/spam folders but still nothing. It’s taken the deposit too I’m just not sure what’s going on.

It is great to hear you have placed an order.
Can I check the date that the order was placed? Was it just today or was that a typo?
Did you see a confirmation screen at the end of the order with an order number?

I attempted an upgrade on Tuesday 12h via the message us platform I was told that I would receive a confirmation email within the next 2 hours but received nothing.
5 hours later on the Tuesday 12th of November 2024 I attempted to call EE but to no avail, the answering robot suggested using the message us platform so again I went through the same stuff as I did the first time and was told I’d receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, yet still nothing. Has EE been hacked and have I been scammed, I’m seriously considering moving to another company as I feel like Ive been left in limbo with no order number. What should I do now?

Thanks for coming here and bringing this to our attention.
I'd recommend getting our customer care team who have account access to chase your order for you.
When calling our customer care team on 150 I would recommend selecting option 2 which will take you to the menu to get you connected with an agent.
