I placed an order tonight as an Add to Plan. It was a Black Dualsense Edge.
After I entered my debit card details, the website went back to the basket screen with no items in there.
I did not received an email confirmation, even in my spam folder. The upfront amount however is now pending in bank account.
I cannot see the order in my order history either.
Is this normal? Has the order been placed successfully?
