Ive ordered the 18 pro max 512 burgundy but still can’t get dispatched

ordered date is 18 sep, 01:10am

Is there any buddy know about this?

Welcome to the community.

I've had a look at the stock information and at the point you placed the order, the expected dispatch time was more than 28 days.

As @Northerner has mentioned, you'll see updates on the order tracker, and if you download the DPD app, they'll notify you when it is on the way.

I ordered on 15 of September. 10:07. Still waiting for dispatch. I contacted EE. So by them:

As, I can check the expected delivery time for iPhone 18 Pro Max 512 GB is within 21 days from the date the order was placed.

You will be notified via DPD, once the ordered is delivered.

Download the DPD app as well.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I ordered on 18th September also for the same colour and memory. Mine did state that it would be 28 days or more. I know the day before it was showing as 21 days so likely it would be within the 21 days
