Hi I ordered and paid for an iPhone 16 plus on Sunday paid £ 30 not heard anything since what’s going on please ???

There does look to be a wait for all models of the iPhone 16 Plus at the moment.

If you let me know which colour and storage size you ordered, I can check the current estimated dispatch time.

This is showing as in-stock and ready for delivery as soon as next day, so it's definitely worth you getting the order double checked. 

If you haven't already, I'd recommend checking your spam / junk folder to see if we have reached out requesting further information. 

If you can't find anything, please give our customer care team a call and ask to speak with web sales, who will be able to check all the details at our end to make sure the order has gone through.
