No confirmation but the money has been taken

So today I upgraded and paid £300 upfront but unfortunately, there’s no confirmation email, I checked my bank the money has been taken. What is happening and what do I do now?

It’s iPhone 15 pro max 256Gb White Titanium and I’ve paid upfront cost £300

The current guidance for this model is usually dispatched within 21 days.

Sorted, the money has been refunded because the site went down when I placed the order so the order didn’t go through, thanks everyone
