No Purchase Invoice received with online order

I took delivery of two new Sim only Handsets that i ordered from the website, however there was no official purchase Invoice/ Receipt accompanying the phones in the package. I need to upload the Purchase invoice/ Receipt online with Motorola to claim under a promotion . I'm not an EE subscriber but i did register in order to purchase the phones. I've searched the help pages online but if i try to call it asks me for my phone number, but because it's not an EE number i fail at the first hurdle to make contact. I'd really appreciate some advice please ? Many thanks ...

You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 and they can send these invoices to you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
