I have recently ordered a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, but following the confirmation in the Browser, I have heard nothing about my order
I am unable to use the online order tracking as i get the below error:
"
Oops! Your tracking timed out.
Search again for the latest info on your order.
"
I am worried that i have agreed to pay the increased direct debit but i wont get my device

Please check your junk/spam folder for any email confirmation or updates.
If you still don't have any messages it may be the order has not been processed, in which case please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly.
They will be able to give you the order confirmation number, which you can then track on our Track Your Order page.
If the order didn't complete correctly they can re-process the order for you.
Just so you know, the any new plan and price agreement won't change until the order is processed successfully and device is ready for shipping to you.
