No Delivery updates

Hi I upgraded my phone Saturday morning and it said it would be dispatched in a day. I still haven't.heard anything and can't get any delivery updates. Need assistance quick as my current phone is about to die.... Thanks

Its ok James thanks but I just phoned and they said even though they sold me one that was in stock, it actually wasn't.

Same thing happened when I upgraded last time. Very poor. 

Will have a look about. Thanks anyway.

Hey there download the dpd app using same email and phone number you used to make the order with. You’re more likely to find out from dpd about you’re delivery than EE in my experience.
