No Delivery of upgrade

ordered upgrade on the 8th January iPhone 14 pro in gold confirmation of order and one day dispatch 

11th January go to track it as still no delivery for it to say there is no tracking details (very helpful!)

nothing on order says its out of stock, presumably if order was on the 8th and one day delivery it should of been received by the 10th ?

Hey

I ordered my upgrade (iPhone 14 Pro Max 5G 128GB Space Black) on 10/01/23 and received an order number - presumed delivery would be next day; 11/01/23 as phone was in stock

Eventually received another email yesterday 'Confirmation: Your order's on its way' but when I track using your online tracker I get the below message pop up and haven't received any dispatch info as of yet

Is there a known delay at the moment? Just an ETA would be nice!

This phone is showing in stock. 

Have you tried downloading the DPD app and entering your delivery details to see if this has been despatched to the courier?

If nothing shows, please give us a call on 150.

I think you may have confused my message with the orginal post from @Samparsons - they are yet to respond to James's reply

 

I don't have a DPD tracking number yet I only have an xko order number

Hi @GR11ROW

You're right, sorry I tagged the wrong user. 

You should also be able to enter your delivery address with DPD if you do not have your tracking number.
