Ordered a new phone 4 days ago and haven’t heard anything since. Took the money and had 1 email to say thanks for the order. Tried calling but no help

If you call the team again on 150 and select 2, then you should be able to get connected to the team @Kacie3.

We know how important it is for you to know what is happening with your order. What did the team advise when you got in touch?

It was an automated service. They sent me a message half way through going through the options saying 

‘Sorry we were unable to process your request, this service is only available to EE customers. If you have recently joined EE it can take up to 48hrs before we can service your text request. If you continue to receive this message please call us on 150.’

I am already an EE customer so this was no help at all.
