New phone ordered

Morning, 

I ordered a new phone online yesterday morning and paid for everything that was required. The only mail I received was a: "Please call us" reminding me how I paid. There is no, order update, or real order confirmation and when I try to track my order using your user interface it says "error". I also tried to call but couldn't get hold of someone.
Could you please advise on the following steps?

You will have to ring to speak to customer service as that is what they have requested otherwise they may not send out your order.

.Please see ways to ring customer service and then press 2 to get to speak to a person, nothing we can do here, this is a public forum, we have no account access and do not know who you are.
