Never received order

Hi , I ordered a SIM only pay monthly deal & never received the order.Do I contact my local EE SHOP & can I get information about the order & also to see if the SIM was activated.

I appreciate all response and support.

Welcome to the community,

You can always go to your local EE Shop with photo ID and get the SIM card from there. How long ago did you order the SIM card, as they are sent out via second class post? Are already a customer or a new customer? If you are already a customer and have the SIM card and this was an upgrade, then you do not need a new one and can use the one you already have.
