Delivery Update

I am new to the ee experience but i placed an order yesterday for an iphone 15 that was in stock and almost immediately, i was given an order number in the confirmation email but when i try to input that number in the order reference number option in the orders page, it says the number is invalid. Are the order number and order reference number any different?

Also, given i placed the order before 5pm yesterday, it means i should get it today but i am yet to receive and mail informing on any updates. Thank you

You will receive notification up to the evening before delivery from DPD and then another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window,

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
