New phone order

I ordered a new phone last night and paid the upfront payment however have only received an email to say ‘complete your order’ and that it is still in the basket? Can anyone help please?

Welcome to the community,

If it is still  in the basket, then it looks like you did not complete the order. I would suggest speaking to customer service to find out whether the order has actually gone through or not, there is no account access and we would have no idea.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Thanks for your help, when I clicked the link to complete order there was nothing in the basket. Seems strange payment has been taken too. Will contact customer services and thanks again.
