I upgraded my watch on Wednesday, spoke to EE on Friday who told me it had been dispatched and would be delivered today. DPD have just been but were asking for a 4 digit PIN that I don't have. I've had no order confirmation through from EE so don't have a tracking number. I have a DPD app account using the same email I use for EE but the delivery isn't showing up in that, so where do I get the PIN number?

I'm sorry to hear that. The PIN should be sent to your mobile number, but it sounds like it could have been sent to the watch number in error. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can try and re-set it up for you.
