Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

 The guidance for that model at the time of your order was to expect dispatch in more than 28 days from your order date.

@ariii444 Thanks for confirming, the guidance for the iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Silver ordered 12th Oct is for dispatch within 14 days of your order date.

Hi, so on the website it says now to order the iPhone 17 pro max in silver 256gb it will be here within 28 days, so does that mean everyone who ordered it before today it will also be here within 28 days for them too? I ordered on the 6th so if that’s the case it should be here for 3rd November?

At the time of your order the guidance was to expect dispatch in more than 28 days of your order date and that is still the correct guidance for your order. It was updated for this model on 14th Oct for any new orders to expect dispatch within 28 days of the order date. 

The orders will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis so your place in the queue is still secure and will be fulfilled before any new orders.
