Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

I have called them and they have no clue either. Not sure what the point is to pay a high value contract to be able to upgrade mid year and to be put on a forever waiting list. EE is not worth the premium we pay now, absolutely

None of them have a clue it’s appaling, taking peoples money just to be told it could be anywhere after 28 days, i got told it could literally even be up to a year if that’s the case i don’t want it from EE and ill order it from somewhere else. Disgusting. Take it to the complaints team, i have

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Deep Blue, stock guidance while placing the order on the 19th September was - Available to order - Expect despatch over 28 days from date of order.
This means we are waiting to receive stock from the supplier so we can ship this out as soon as possible.
You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.
The next update will be once your stock is in our warehouse and ready to be dispatched, which is usually the day before shipping.

Thanks for confirming the make and model. Which date did you place the order?
Have you received an order confirmation email to say the order has been processed?
However, if the tracking is timing out it may suggest there has been a problem with your order. Please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly.
If the order didn't complete correctly they can go through any additional information they need from you to complete the order.
Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We'll only complete the payment once the order is processed.
If the order does not complete we will not take the payment, and your bank/card issuer will automatically release the Pending Payment back to your account. They usually do this after 10 working days.

What? A year! I hope not! I had raised it to the complaints team who’ll do nothing at all. They offered me sports or X box add one which are of no use to me, so they offered nothing!

Yeah thats what theyve said, im glad you’ve been offered something, ive been offered nothing! What a joke. Ive just been told to call them again by the complaints team.

I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro 256GB Silver and have been given multiple dates as to when i will receive it.. could i have some accurate answers because the delivery date on my order confirmation has already passed but my message from ee says it will be dispatched in 14 days and it’s all just so confusing! I need answers please!
