Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

I have ordered iphone 17 pro max deep blue 256gb on 29th September. I received a email on the 6th saying my order is on track. When can I expect to receive my device. Also ee are asking me to send my current devixe back tomorrow 14th as I did anytime upgrade. How can I send my current phone back without receiving me nee one?

Orders on 29/09/25 for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Deep Blue, expected dispatch is within more than 28 days. Once stock is assigned to your order, you'll receive further updates. Make sure you have the DPD app so you can keep an eye out for your delivery date and timeslot.
We're aware of the timescales for orders placed, and you won't be expected to send back your current device until you have your new one.

Thanks Linzi, I'll keep an eye out for DPD.
Just as an FYI - the webpage did not mention anything about 14 days when I placed the order ( It does however say on the tracker they typically are delivered between 2-3 working days.). Might be worth letting new customers know about an extended delivery time to allow them to make informed purchasing decisions as the 17 Pro seems to be available most other companies for next day delivery.

Hi, I placed an order on the morning of 10/10/25 for an Apple - iPhone 17 256GB White (+SIM). My order tracker says it would be dispatched within 24 hours or sooner but remains un-dispatched. Are there delays currently, when while my order be likely to be dispatched and arrive? I can't get through to speak to someone from EE on the phone, nor did my local EE store answer it just kept ringing out.
