Hi ive placed an order for the iPhone 17 pro max I have recived and email with ako code its been 48 hours I have no clue if ive been accepted or not money has been taken and can't seem to get a straight answer over the phone, can any one tell me if ako order number means im approved or am I wasting my time ?

For orders placed on 10/10/25 for the iPhone 17 256GB White, the expected dispatch will be within 14 days.
I'm sorry for any confusion with your order and the information you're seeing on the tracker. I can assure you that once the stock is assigned to your order, further updates will follow.
If you've ordered online, DPD will be in touch once they have your parcel, and they'll set a delivery date and timeslot.
So make sure you have the DPD app downloaded to track your order updates.
I can see you've also mentioned trying to speak to your local EE store, and if you've ordered in store, the team will get in touch once your order is ready to collect.

I just recieved another email saying I will be getting my order soon but still no date? What does this mean and when will i likely recieve my order based of this email?

As explained above, once stock is assigned to your order, further updates will follow, giving you more specific guidance. Once DPD has your parcel, they'll contact you with your delivery details @Cranieboi87

Hi, can you check mine please as I ordered it on the 6th October iPhone 17 pro max silver 256gb I paid the deposit and it says order placed on the app but when I try track it it says order reference invalid I’ve called up twice first time they said they couldn’t find my order second time they said they can’t do anything about it and there must just be a problem with the online tracking but there’s not just a problem with it at all

As my colleague mentioned on your other thread, orders placed on 06/10/25 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver, expected dispatch is within more than 28 days.
If our team over the phone has confirmed your order is placed, it definitely will be. But there will be no further updates until stock is assigned to your order. DPD will then reach out directly, and they'll set a delivery date and timeslot. Make sure you have the DPD app to keep an eye on things as they progress.

Well the first person said they couldn’t find my order, but then the second said that they can find it but don’t know why my order ref isn’t working and there’s nothing they can do. Is there any chance for you to give me a tracking number for it that will work? Or find out why mine isn’t working? Does this even mean my orders gone through. It’s on the app as order placed but now I’m starting to get worried
