I did a online order today at 6:55am and paid £30 upfront fee. Only received a order reference number. Called EE and the guy didn't even ask for my order reference number and said he can see a order but none of my details with it. He wouldn't even take my order number when I suggested him to and said there's no point as its still early but I said there is a point to clarify its the same order as I have paid £30 and it has come out of my account. But when I put my order number in and email it comes up with red letters saying all sorts I can't remember. I just want to know what's going on with my order and why he refused ro even check my order number. Why in the confirmation email does it say ro call to discus my order if I'm not even getting any help

Same thing happened to me. Did a order took my upfront cost got confirmation email 4 hours ago still not heard anything else. Tried tracking order keeps saying oops. Why do ee take money and don't even let you know what's going on after. Very frustrating. If I am unsuccessful just let me know don't leave me hanging its very rude

I'm sorry you've had trouble tracking your order. Did you call the direct number from the email to speak to our digital sales team or did you call our general customer services number?
