I paid the upfront cost £30 but since I was switching apps on my phone to verify the payment with my bank, it went through yet I’ve not had any email confirmation. When I went back to the page for my order, it was just a basket showing. I’ve tried ringing you but me being deaf, I have to use Relay UK however you’re refusing to speak to me via that service so I’m stuck at what to do here. Has anyone else had the same but got an extremely late confirmation in their emails?

I get through to customer services but cos I need to speak to online sales, they spoke to them and they said they cannot accept Relay UK. So I’m basically screwed, I have no contact whatsoever nor do I have any order number etc

Thanks for coming back to us.
The order confirmation can take up to 24 hours once the order has been placed.
When you spoke to our customer care team could they confirm if the order was showing and had gone through after contacting sales?
