New contract

Hi, I agreed new contract and included in my bundle was samsung buds and £300 payment card. Have they been sent and if not when should I be receiving them

You don't get both. It was a mistake in the advert. The latter replaced the former.

For the digital prepaid card, you'll receive a text message from us with a link to claim it after 15 days
