Hi I try Oder Apple IPhone 14 pro max but from shop EE online there be pay 30£ upfront and after monthly but my money are stuck and pending on my bank account can you help me how I got money back on my account I contact EE chat online they tell me I must contact to my bank I contact my bank and they say that I must contact merchant but no body help me ,so how I got back refund ?

Has your order gone through?

Our Customer Care team will be able to help if the money has left your bank. If it hasn't left your bank then you'd need to speak to them.
