Hi, I ordered a new sim only on the 20th. I still have not received them ( as EE added another when ordering.) Phoned customer services on a friends EE line and they are saying it has not been put through on there end. Please can someone help. I have a successful order number.

@GP882 If you spoke with customer services did they not proceed to process the order to make sure it went through? Because only they can help you. This is a public forum that has no power to process or chase this order up for you.
