Hi, I spoke to a lady on the phone today - she was from Inspired I think. I spoke to her about getting a new watch. She sent me a link with the terms and conditions etc. However, I have no idea when I’ll receive it. I’ve had no emails about it either and I’ve searched The EE apps that I have, to see if it was going to show on there, but couldn’t find anything. Anyone have any idea how to find out when I’ll receive it?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi @Northerner, I don’t think so. The number that called is on the EE website. I game my name and they knew my address. While on the phone, I was receiving texts from  ‘150’ and also ‘EE’. I am sure it was legit. Well I hope so😂 The number that called me was 0191 594 6541.
