New Order created online crashed during confirmation

I was going to be a new customer for EE.

I completed the online order, security questions and made an initial payment direct from my back account. All went well up to the final page (that would have my order number and confirm action) , which was just blank, with now way to retrieve any data on the order.

I have not received any email (checked junk). So I have completed and order, paid for it but I have not details.

Tried calling their customer service line but there is not option unless you have the order number.

Please could I have assistance with this.

Did Customer Care try to locate your order using other details, such as your name and address?
