Anyone else noticed it looks like EE have ended the upgrade anytime tariffs in the last refresh?
For those of us who switch to the new iPhone or Samsung device every year it would seem this is our final year!

Hey there @garetc.
Between 17th August 2022 and 28th August 2024, Upgrade Anytime was available to new and upgrading customers taking a 24-month All Rounder or Full Works plan on eligible devices.
This was alongside as existing customers on a 24-month 8GB, 20GB, 60GB or 100GB 4GEE Max plan.
The new plans listed here are our Flex Pay Plans, where you're taking a separate finance agreement on the handset alongside your airtime cost, and you can choose to pay this off early if needs be.
If you were looking to go for a traditional 24 plan, please give our upgrades team a call and they'll be able to look into all of the options available, along with the features included.

I’ve been into store today to preorder the iPhone 16 Pro Max and it is indeed the last time you can upgrade anytime. I think this is a mistake on EE’s part as it’s a massive selling point. This isn’t good for people who want to upgrade each year. Such a shame!

I agree! I’m really disappointed about it being taken away too.

It’s back…
Anytime Upgrade is back and is retroactive on certain tariffs, CEOs office confirmed for me today.
