I've had a new Pixel 6 for 2 weeks and was trying to claim the free chromebook which says I need an order number, EE says this will be in the confirmation email I got when I bought the contract, it isn't and I don't know where else to find it
@Peg_Legs the XKO number is your order number and without that you didn’t order a device with EE. This is a generated number when you order a device through EE.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
The only number in my confirmation email was my account number, also had a letter in the mail with an account number and a bill reference number on it but nothing I have received had an order number on it
