Hello! So today I've placed a online order for both a Samsung phone and fitness watch. I've entered all relevant details etc and now I've received a email requesting for me to call EE directly as they would like to discuss my order, I did try but due to extremely high call volume, they where unable to take my call. I shall try again tomorrow, fingers crossed they will be open on a Sunday, but I'm really looking forward to receiving my order, so I'm wondering if anyone knows why EE would request for me to call them prior to sending my order? Thanks in Advance
