I have had no confirmation of iPad Pro 13 1TB Space Black I had put down an upfront cost of £108 went through all the correct steps over the phone and haven’t had any email updates and the upfront cost money has been taken out my bank account twice

@jessicagunn101 , unfortunately, we do not have access to accounts, so you would have to speak to customer services, but by pressing option 2, they should be able to see what is going on and help you.

Have you checked that the upfront cost is still pending?

We have no account access here and do not know who you are, I would suggest speaking to customer services as they can take a look for you.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder?

You will get notification once EE have dispatched your IPad from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

I haven’t got confirmation email this full thing stressing me out  as taken out my bank account twice everything was done

I had no confirmation on my email since Thursday I made order through the phone and also been money taken out my bank account twice I put a upfront cost 

as be getting iPad Pro Space Black 13 1TB

If you've had no confirmation of your order, you'll need to get in touch with our team directly as mentioned above. 
The team will be able to check what's happened and give you an explanation of where things are at. They'll also review any funds that have been taken upfront for this.
