Placed an order for an upgrade. Tracking isn't available, help line is useless, webpage is awful, no documents uploaded to MyEE, the phone number provided in the confirmation email to obtain the documents is not available. Really starting to think I made a mistake staying with EE...

My phone was meant to be delivered days ago, why would you just be checking stock now?
