I orderd iphone 14 the uofront cost has been taken from my account and i recived an email saying they willp be in contact about delivery but says its unavaible to track order. Have i been accepted if not how do i get my upfront cost back

Should you not be approved for a contract phone a refund will automatically sent of the payment you made.
