If you have purchased a sim card this will be delivered by royal mail and will arrive in 3-5 working days. If you have ordered a device you can Track your Order using your xko order number.

I've already tracked it with the number and it doesn't find anything, it
gives an error. I ordered an iPhone with a physical SIM card.
