I am asking where my iPhone 16e in green is?? I placed this order over 10days ago.Aron from Doncaster agreed my Oder but failed to give me a call bk with the order tackling details.. like promised. I have rang up several times now and let several messages for you to get back to me but still hasn’t. You are trying to take the 1st bill off me already but I don’t have the device yet so why am I paying. I just want this solved as trading standard is aware of how EE broke the law by doing 3 nearly 4 credit checks again me un authoritied . This is a very poor quality of care. I just want my iPhone otherwise I’m leaving EE and will be taking this matter further.
