I have been trying to order a 65” TV now for nearly 3 weeks. I go online and choose the TV I want and click add to basket but then it says this service isn’t available at the moment try later. Then I get an email to say the item is still in my basket waiting for me, so I click on the link in my email to complete my purchase but when I loads up it says I have nothing in my basket. I have called customer service and they just tell me to try later but I just get the same all over again. I went to an EE store and they couldn’t help me either. What’s the point in advertising these TV’s if you can’t purchase them. Someone PLEASE help.

You might need to speak to EE CS on 150 and they will take a look at your account.
