I had ordered phone like 4 days ago and canceled the order but still didn’t receive my money yet

Your payment would have been pending and it can take up to 10 working days for it to be released back into your account, as there is Christmas holidays as well as the weekend, so do not expect it to be released that early, it could also be less that 10 days if you are lucky.
