Money taken but no order number

Hello!

I ordered a new iPhone on a pay monthly contract yesterday. The up front payment went from my bank but the phone was still on my basket and I've had no order number or confirmation email...

What's going on?!

same thing happened to me, about two hours ago I payed £30 and it told me that there was an error and the page refreshed but then I checked my bank account and the money was taken out and I have heard nothing and no email

Is the payment showing as pending or completed in your banking app?

RAGING!!! orderd iphone 15pro money has came out my account but still no email or phone it’s been a week now and EE wont answer the phone definitely  will be reporting this !😡
