Hi,
I ordered an iPhone 14, I have been phoned by EE to say my order is 'stuck in a queue and they don't know how to push it through'. It is meant to be delivered tomorrow. I have not received a delivery tracking number or any other communication.
Is this not an internal IT issue and your IT team deal with it instead of me being notified?
I was told that I might need to reapply- wouldn't this affect my credit rating?
I am confused. Because I don't have an EE number I cant seem to get through to your customer service team.
