Hi, I ordered a SIM card on June 16th as I’m with Plusnet mobile, which is closing. I still haven’t got the SIM card. I have an order number and a confirmation email regarding my order but no sign of it! Everytime I do a live chat they keep saying they can’t access order history?! Help!

Welcome to the community.
SIM cards usually arrive through the post within 4 days. Do you live near an EE store? If you pop in, they'll check the orders and give you a replacement SIM there and then, if necessary.

@TimS35 Sounds like the order didn’t go through. It would be best to call customer services to double check.
