As stated paid for next day but DPD arrived early and have stated incorrect time. I have a screen shot showing my phone time at 13:13 with stated missed delivery at 13:47. Lied.
And EE need to improve customer service to be able to sort these problems. As no options on 150.

Please post up that screenshot! Blank out any specific info such as order numbers or suchlike.

I have logged a complaint via the online form. So unfortunately its not a EE issue but DPD letting down the whole new phone progress.

I'd say that does give you valid cause for complaint with both EE & DPD. EE more for info though - clearly a DPD issue on the face of it!

@wivout The problem you have here is that DPD driver can not change the time that the delivery should of been made within, so if the driver tries to deliver early and can not complete that delivery it’ll show a failure to deliver in the 1 hour time slot you was given not the actual time it was failed in. So not a lie it’s just a system problem that the delivery driver can not change on the fly.
Your complaint should be about an early delivery before the time slot you was given so you wasn’t there because it was too early for the attempted.delivery.
