Hi all,
I ordered a pay by month upgrade S24 and it stated would be dispatched within 24 hours. That was Monday 1st July and it is still in the dispatched section on order updates. This is now a long time without a phone.
Anyone have any idea why is hasn't actually been sent yet? The phone was in stock. I received all of the relevant emails Monday morning after my order - yet nothing.

I attempted to phone from my work phone yesterday. I work in a school so I have very limited time.
I waited 20 minutes and I didn't get to speak to anyone.
I have just checked the website and the S24 Onyx Black 265GB is still saying dispatched in 1 day. This is nearly a week now and I know nothing will happen over the weekend,.
Can I request someone from EE email me with an update as I have no phone at all over the weekend (very frustrating and this is affecting my ability to work from home now)😡

I've checked and it looks like that model is definitely in stock. We don't have access to your account here in the community, but our Mobile Care team do and will be able to check the order for you.
I recommend getting in touch with them.
