I have been with ee for years and went into my local store for advice on a new contract similar to my existing one. They told me I could have a free tablet. I said I already have one so don't need it. They then offered me a watch which I declined. They kept on saying the tablet was free so I might as well take it. I signed his tablet where he told me to. He zoomed in on the signature boxes. I have now found out that I am being charged nearly £10 a month for something I didn't even want in the first place. I have contacted ee and they say I must go back to the store. If this is not resolved I will be sharing a video of this story on all social media platforms.

The customer care team are right, please re-visit your local EE Store so the store manager can look into this further for you.
It would be great if you could also keep us updated here on the community.

I went in store and they are taking the tablet back and giving me a more suitable contract.
