I ordered the MacBook neo in blush pink on 14/10/2026 and now today 19/10/26  I’ve had the email saying “we’re getting it ready for you” I’ve called customer services but they could only tell me that it’s usually 4 weeks to dispatch? Is this the case or am I looking at 2 months like everyone else ? No one can seem to tell me I keep me up to date weather there is stock available

Hey.  What colour did you order? I still haven’t received anything, I will update on here as soon as it arrives… if it does!

If it isn’t despatched by the end of the month I will be cancelling

I ordered August 11th, still haven’t received and tech support have tried to cancel my order, but the system won’t allow it

Yeah but that’s not very informative tho? Especially based on the other forums who have been waiting for 2+ months? They can’t confirm why they haven’t said there is no stock

Which colour did you order? I’ve seen that silver is back in stock, I’m wondering whether I could just change the colour?

The current delivery guidance for most models of the MacBook Neo A18 Pro is 'to expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. However, the only one that has a different delivery guidance is the MacBook Neo A18 Pro 13in 8GB 256GB Silver, which is in stock and expected to be dispatched within 1 day.
