Ordered my new phone on Friday 22/09/23 and paid for delivery . Was told it would be with me today 25/09/23. My order status is saying awaiting dispatch . So it doesn’t look like I’ll be receiving it tomorrow either as it says will be dispatched within 24 hours . Anyone else had this problem ?

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my order and still is not dispatched what is going on? I was never told this and I have tried calling on 4 occasions and i have had to hang up as been on hold for nearly 1 hour on every call..... absolute shambles!
I also have been sent a return pack for my old phone but cannot return this until a new one arrives and EE keep asking for it.

Same situation I am thinking of cancelling and going with another provider which is a shame as I have been with EE for 12 years.

Pre-orders for the iPhone 15 are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from our supplier.
You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
You won't need to return your current handset until the new one arrives.

At least you got a text. I’ve had no correspondence so far and can’t access tracking either. I’m in the exact same position as you.

Yup - me too. Ordered 17th Sept & told 28 days. No email, order number, tracking - nothing. Called EE last weekend and was told I wouldn’t get an order confirmation until stock arrives. Which should have been the end of last week.
Now faced with another 50 minute wait in the phone or continue to wait in silence.
my husband ordered in the same day from Sky and has been using his new 15 pro max for 2 weeks now. Seriously considering cancelling EE and going with Sky. This is appalling.

I’ve been waiting 29 days now (ordered on the premise up to 28 days) and still no iPhone 15. Called up to find out where it was and check it wasn’t lost in the system and had an unpleasant conversation with a customer services agent who said he’d rather be taking a sales call than dealing with my complaint that I had ordered on the understanding it was to when I could expect delivery. 🤷♀️ Manage expectations better EE!
