Late delivery iPhone 15 pro

Ordered my new phone on Friday 22/09/23 and paid for delivery . Was told it would be with me  today 25/09/23. My order status is saying awaiting dispatch . So it doesn’t look like I’ll  be receiving it tomorrow either as it says will be dispatched within 24 hours . Anyone else had this problem ?

Which version of the device and memory size.

It will likely be 30 days at best unless you are lucky. 

You should keep checking EE order tracking. Once your delivery is due the DPD will text you.

I've had the same issue Emma. Ordered on Saturday 23rd September, no update at all on when the phone is due to arrive (the email says one working day but clearly not the case). I also can't track my order online, it says tracking is unavailable and I will be updated in due course. So frustrating!!

I have exactly the same issue - ordered an iPhone 15 pro on the 24/9 - 5 days  later I have no clue as to when it’s being delivered. To add insult to injury my wife ordered the same phone  via Vodaphone and it arrived on Tuesday.

I now have returns envelope for my current phone  - requesting it back by the 10/10 - that bits been efficient- shame about the new phone dispatch.

Ordered my iPhone 15 pro max on Sep 15th and was told in telephone conversation I would have on launch day but just received a text saying there is a delay …  bit hacked off and can’t access the order tracking either

They don't track the order, I have just called and they actually refused to check the order. told I could be waiting 28 + days - by which time I will be out of the country for 3 weeks with work... The whole thing has been a shambles

If the order tracker is not showing any details, can you try using the mobile number if you are currently using the email address.  

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details from DPD for the delivery.

I have received three returns packs and another is on the way! Lots of texts giving different dates about when to return my old phone. Problem is this: haven’t got the new one yet! Ordered on the Friday that pre-orders went live. Was told I’d get a week after launch, so end of Sept. Nothing so far…

Ordered mine 2 weeks ago and still saying the same as you. I have tried contacting ee numerous times and i was on hold friday for 50 mins so had to hang up and today I am on hold now for 45 so far!

If i knew there was such a delay I would not have placed the order

they are now chasing me to return my trade in also?????
